Established in 2017, our aim is to support foreign investments, business and corporations in Indonesia by providing legal, compliance services and legal translations.

Our legal services are focused on corporate matters, among others; company establishment, foreign investment, trademark registration, licenses. We also help businesses with the contract draftings, ongoing compliance and company secretarial services, such as organising periodic shareholders, directors and commissioners meetings, reporting to authorities, such as Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal/ BKPM (Investment Coordination Board).

Complementing our legal services, we provide English to Indonesian legal documents translation and vice versa. Translations provided are carefully made by translators with excellent command of both English and Indonesian.  Bearing in mind that law is most of the time related with other industries, we provide the translations with accurate terminologies and expressions in the industry.

Why Indonesia

With steady economic growth in the past 10 years, and on-going positive growth, Indonesia is estimated to be the fifth largest economic in the world by 2030. 180 million populations in productive age and 135 million consuming class by the same year, and improvement in regulatory environment.  Indonesia is undergoing the most aggresive infastructue development in its history, along with legal and fiscal reformation to ease business and investment and for long term sustainable growth.
